Hood Authority is an independent record label born from the streets of Bungoma, Kenya. We are not a product of industry formulas or boardroom decisions — we are the raw, uncut voice of a community that has always created in spite of, not because of.

Our mission is simple: elevate artists from the hood and take Kenyan hip-hop culture to a global stage without diluting the authenticity that makes it powerful. Every bar carries the weight of real life — the struggle, the hustle, the hunger.
